Our story is a celebration of tradition, flavors, and community. Carmen Margarita Coro & Eduardo Fernandez began their careers in hospitality over 40 years ago in Cuba.

Carmen and Eduardo operated their first Bakery/Cafe in Las Vegas, NV in 2007. After Carmen received her Bachelors in Culinary Arts in 2014, they moved to Louisville, KY where Carmen led the pastry team at Ole Restaurant Group as Pastry Chef. Together, they worked to plant their roots in Louisville, and in 2020 acquired what is today Sweet Havana.
